Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. We found that Batik drawing can be a excellent team building activity. In light of the pandemic, it is crucial to be aware of the productivity or build-up stress due to the new normal and its procedures. Team building or conducting team activities by introducing the art of Batik is productive in boosting team spirits, cooperation and most importantly, releases stress in long, continuous working environments.
Our newest addition to the variety of Batik team building workshop and class choices – the Batik tote bag that we have recently organized for RCE Capital Berhad!
It is a very interactive and fun activity to draw a Batik tote bag and experience Malaysian batik drawing that is not only pleasing and stress-relieving activity, you will be able to use our bag as well!
Human and Resources Manager, Norfaizah Binti Ahmad shared with us after the activity, “It was fun, everybody enjoyed it”. With activities like this that shares the knowledge and art of Batik, it preserves the art and spreads awareness on the importance of this message to people of all ages and we hope many more will get onboard with Malaysian Batik in mind!
