Natural Indigo & Shibori Experience
This Beginner-friendly workshop is an invitation to create and reconnect with the beauty of handmade. Through hand-stitching / folding / binding and textile dyeing, you will see natural indigo and Shibori patterns gently unfold through patience and craftsmanship.
Workshop Flow
- Introduction on Natural Indigo & Shibori (20 mins)
- Demo on simple Shibori technique – Fold, Bind or stitch the fabric (50 mins)
- Guided Indigo Dyeing (120 mins)
- Reveal, Rinse, Neutralise (30 mins)
- Opening the fabric and seeing the patterns formed
- Closing / Photo taking (20 mins)
